Gift of Life Update: Zach & Sarah’s Story

In the midst of COVID-19, four-year-old Zach needed a life-saving heart transplant. Thanks to a selfless family’s decision to say “yes” to organ donation, Zach received his new heart and a chance to run, play and grow!
