The memorial quilt was initiated in 2000 by our donor family volunteer group Hearts of Gold. Each quilt square represents a tribute to an organ or tissue donor. After creating more than 95 quilts, we have decided to retire the Threads of Love quilts and are no longer accepting new squares. Our new Legacies of Love Memorial Tribute was launched in 2025.
