2025 Life and Legacy Celebration Ceremony

Thank you for joining us for our 2025 virtual Life and Legacy Celebration. We are honored to celebrate the lives of your loved ones and pay tribute to the gifts of life they were able to give to others. 

At 1pm on Sunday, December 7, 2025, the virtual Life and Legacy Celebration will be available for you to watch.  Please return to this page at that time to watch the recorded ceremony.  The virtual ceremony will be available on both YouTube and Vimeo with closed captioning.

You can forward this page to family members so they can watch the ceremony as well.  If you are unable to watch the ceremony when scheduled, you can access the recording anytime after 1pm on December 7, 2025.

  • Hearts of Gold Volunteer Group

    Hearts of Gold is a group of donor family members, whose aim is to address the specific needs and issues of these families. The group focuses on supporting donor families in their grief through special speakers, educational topics and activities.
