Gift of Life College Challenge
Students save lives! Join the Gift of Life Donor Program College Challenge to make a difference in our community.
What is the College Challenge?
Gift of Life Donor Program encourages college clubs, organizations, and PRSSA Chapters across our region to help save lives by raising awareness and encouraging their campus communities to register as organ donors.
The College Challenge is an exciting way for students to plan, promote, and execute virtual and grassroots campus outreach efforts aimed at registering new organ, tissue, and cornea donors. Participating student groups will keep track of their efforts and submit a scorecard for their chance at first, second, and third prizes, as well as a prize for the most newly registered donors.

Congratulations to our 2022 College Challenge Winners!
Gift of Life Donor Program is pleased to announce the winners of the 2022 Students Save Lives College Challenge. Ten schools completed this year’s challenge, bringing awareness of the life-saving importance of organ donation to thousands of students and faculty through numerous virtual and live events and programs.
Students from Alvernia University won first prize for the “Pledge with the Pack” campaign that registered 30 people as organ donors and included multiple events, information tables and a robust social media campaign across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter. Chestnut Hill and Susquehanna placed second and third, respectively.
Check out the campaigns that Alvernia University, Millersville University, Shippensburg University, Susquehanna University, and University of Scranton helped execute to bring awareness to organ donation and register students, faculty and staff at their campuses.
