This past week, nearly thirty children attended Camp Jeremy held at Mermaid Country Day Camp, in Blue Bell, Pa. Inspired by Jeremy Clemens, a young heart transplant recipient who worked as a counselor at Mermaid Country Day Camp, Camp Jeremy brings together children who have undergone a life-saving transplant, and their siblings, for a week of fun and friendship
