Are you looking to get involved in the Philadelphia area? Are you interested in donation and transplantation? Do you want to meet new people and become a part of a tight-knit community?

Look no further! Liaisons for Life is the volunteer group for you! We meet monthly to plan activities aimed at raising awareness of donation and transplantation in Philadelphia and beyond! Come out to get involved, meet new people, and learn more about the amazing field of transplantation!

Newcomers are always welcome! Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP.

The Lehigh Valley Coalition meets the second Wednesday of the month, at 7:00 pm.

Join us as we crochet wrapped for our Donor Recognition Ceremonies. Come and enjoy fellowship while learning how to crochet. This group meets the second Thursday of each month. Placing a wrap on the shoulders of donor family members is a symbol or gratitude and comfort, and Gift of Life does this each year for our myriad loved ones attending the ceremony each year.

Gift of Life Donor Program invites new volunteers to attend this program.

The orientation includes:

• Gift of Life Donor Program history and facts
• The art of sharing your personal story
• Incorporating Gift of Life information into your personal story
• How to encourage your audience to take action!

Parking is free and secure, a light dinner will be served.

The Northern Delaware Coalition meets on the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

The Southern NJ Coalition meets on the third Tuesday of every month (except in June and July).

This is a one day, highly interactive program that focuses on the role of critical care staff in utilizing and sharing best-demonstrated practices for referring potential organ donors to the organ procurement organization, providing support for families of potential organ donors, and maximizing clinical donor management.

Attendees will be given focused information to allow them to become a Donation Champion, one who role-models and shares key information to assist colleagues in carrying out these best practices in real time.

Who Should Attend? ICU and ER Nurses, Nurse Leaders, Respiratory Therapists, Spiritual Support Staff and Anyone Who May Care for a Potential Organ Donor
