How to Volunteer
Volunteers are the driving force behind Gift of Life Donor Program's community outreach and education efforts.
Hundreds of volunteers support Gift of Life's annual Dash for Donor Awareness.
Volunteering with Gift of Life Donor Program
Nothing expresses the power of donation and transplantation like the personal testimonials of those who have lived the experience first-hand. We need your story to help save lives!
Gift of Life Donor Program is fortunate to have an extensive network of volunteers throughout the eastern half of Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware. They include transplant recipients and patients, donor family members and friends--all of whom are dedicated to educating the community about organ and tissue donation and transplantation.
Each year, volunteers help spread the word by participating in a variety of ways, including:
- Health fairs and community events
- Presentations at schools, rotary clubs, etc.
- Public speaking programs
- Faith-based programs
