All checks should be made payable to “Transplant Foundation” and should include your name and address as well as the participant you would like to sponsor for the Transplant Games.

  

This year the Games will be held July 11-July 16, 2008 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  As you can imagine, the costs for organizing a team to travel are substantial.  Each athlete has been asked to cover costs of transportation, lodging and meal cards for the duration of their stay.  We have estimated that the cost per athlete is $760.  We have also encouraged a family member to accompany the athlete and provide whatever support the athlete may need. 

If you decide to sponsor Team Philadelphia or an athlete, you will not only enable individuals to participate in the Games but you will also bring hope to the more than 96,000 people in the United States who are waiting for a transplant.  In addition, your contribution is tax deductible.  If you have any questions regarding sponsorship please feel free to contact Lori Ray at 800.438.5093, extension 6182 or by email at LRay@donors1.org
