During a time when she should of been enjoying the joys of motherhood, Sandra Merlino was struggling to survive as she was listed on the transplant waiting list for a kidney and pancreas. Thanks to the selfless act of an organ donor, Sandra has been able to raise her daughter the way she always dreamed.
